Mediation Services

Mediation is a nonbinding voluntary and confidential process for resolving disputes without the time and expense of litigation. The parties work with an independent, trained mediator to reach a settlement of their dispute.

Russell C. Balch, senior partner at Akridge & Balch, P.C., is a trained and experienced mediator, available to assist individuals, businesses, organizations and their legal counsel in reaching the resolution of personal and business disputes.

Kris R. Patton, of counsel to Akridge & Balch, P.C., is an experienced mediator in the domestic relations field involving divorces, property settlements, child custody and parental visitation issues.
